Understanding the role of Christian education in our culture. . .
The Scriptures exhort us to "train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it." We recognize three dimensions of Christian education in that verse.
* First, God entrusted the primary responsibility of Christian education to the parents.
* Next, the local church supplements the work of the home by teaching the Word of God.
* Finally the school complements the home and the church.
Christian schools provide a unique context to train children
from a Biblical worldview.
Culture changes: Jesus never does.
"But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."

We are so very grateful for our new van. The money was raised in a special appeal at the Fall Rally in October. We've already been to several games and a field trip in Tennessee. The van will also be used to carry out the Great Commission at the Glendale Baptist Church. God is so good. Also many thanks to those who gave so generously.
